BJJ Pilsen Chicago Classes for Adults and Kids

Kids Class 1 uses games and movement to teach balance, listening and the first jiu-jitsu positions. Kids Class 2 adds more technique, controlled sparring and goal setting. Adults start in Fundamentals in the Gi, or in our Friday No-Gi beginner class.

Parents often notice the change at home first. Kids who train regularly learn to listen the first time, handle frustration better and carry themselves with more confidence.
